I wanted to share a quick note about the elementary principal's conference i attended!
First, I wished you could have all been there to recognize where our school is and the work that we do!  I feel confident we are on the right stream as we kayak in the water!

The three themes of the conference for me were:
1.  Collective Efficacy impacts student learning
1.5  PLC's are the RIGHT Next Step!
2.  #observeme is definitely part of the plate
3.  Restorative practices are embedded in student        centered schools!
I am excited to share more with our certified staff during Wednesday's staff Meeting!
